Stormwater Reclamation Systems
(Commercial Rainwater Harvesting)

Water Control RW-Series Water Reclamation Systems provide an innovative option for reclaiming stormwater to drastically reducing building water and sewer usage, gaining 12 or more points toward LEED® 2009 certification, and minimizing the negative environmental impact of new and existing commercial facilities. These systems harvest and store rainwater from building drainage systems -- and then reuse it to provide clean, nearly potable quality water to irrigation systems, toilets, urinals, cooling towers, boilers, and other non-potable fixtures. With over 35 years of experience in commercial water filtration and conditioning, Water Control is a name you can count on for innovative, high quality solutions to your "green" system challenges.

We offer packaged skid systems, combining all of the necessary equipment and controls to capture, store, disinfect, filter, repressurize, and deliver reclaimed stormwater to fixtures and equipment. Our advanced control systems ensure that only verifiably disinfected water is delivered and that (where allowed by code) a freshwater bypass mechanism is immediately activated should filters become blocked, pumps lose suction, power be lost to the system, cistern tanks run dry, or disinfection be rendered innefective.
Our standard, packaged ozone systems are capable of delivering up to 200 GPM output flow and maintaining disinfection in cisterns up to 75,000 gallons. We also offer ultraviolet (UV) systems capable of up to 240 GPM output flow and disinfection of cisterns up to 60,000 gallons.
Available system options include storage tanks (polyethylene, fiberglass, or lined galvanized steel), residual chlorine and dye injection, BMS compatability, delivery system booster pumps, downspout separators (first flush systems), auto-backwashing filters, and more.
To mechanical engineers, architects, contractors, wholesalers, and facility owners, we offer a full line of product literature, including detailed Engineering Guides complete with system schedules and designs, sizing guidelines, isometrics, electrical requirements, connection sizes, and sample specifications. We also offer custom designs in CAD™ and Revit™, as well as complete Division 22 (AIA) specifications.
